Each individual model is supplied complete with its product sheet and warranty certificate exclusively covering the products manufactured and distributed by Bautek srl/Group Foster Spa. The various elements and equipment present on each model carry with them the warranty of the renown Foster quality. ASSISTANCE In case of need, our numerous after-sales service stations are always available, evenly spread on the territory. Whenever an intervention is advisable, the request of a warranty service must be forwarded, by certified e-mail, to the shop who sold the product. INFORMATION The orders, as well as inquiries for information, must be sent to the e-mail address 360@bautek.it, indicating, together with the question(s), a phone number for eventual telephone feedback. CONTROLS AND USE The modules of the 360Kitchen Line are immediately ready for use, not requiring any installation. The mains, gas and plumbing connections can be made on the spot, following simple instructions. It is advisable to have skilled personnel on site. All Foster gas cooktops are equipped with safety valves to prevent dangerous gas leaks in case of flame extinction. SHIPPING The delivery is ex-works at our factory of Ponti sul Mincio (MN). In case a delivery to the customer’s address is required (excluding installation), it will be done with our means of transport up to a distance of 150 km. beyond this distance, the transport will be made by special courier. In both cases, the transport cost is to be calculated case by case. Moreover, upon order confirmation, it will be possible to evaluate, together with the customer, the type of packing, which can be of 2 types (standard/premium), based on the level of protection required for transport (the standard type already ensures a sufficient protection). Packing is done in sturdy cardboard boxes with internal protections in polystyrene and reinforced bulkheads.
